Secret Reader

In Kyler's class they have a secret reader come every week to read to the class. The kids don't know who is comming and they don't know when. When I got the sign up, I thought that Kyler would love to have Aunt Kimmy come and read to the class. For weeks Kyler would ask me if it was time for his secret reader and he would tell me that it was "taking so long for his secret reader to come". SO cute. Well the day finally came...It was so much fun. We came in the back of the classroom and Mrs. Hargrove ahd the kids on the rug and had them close their eyes. The secret reader(KimmY) walked to the front of the room and the kids opened their eyes. Kyler got a HUGE SMILE on his face. Mrs. Hargrove asked who knew this person and KYler's hand flew into the air. "It is KImmy!" he said. He then got to sit next to Kimmy on a stool while she read 2 of Kyler's favorite books. "How do Dinosaurs eat their food?" and "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom". It was so fun to see Kyler be so excited about showing Kimmy his classroom and intoducing her to his friends. THis was such a fun and special day! THanks Kimmy!!
